If they've nothing to hide..

This issue about bugging MP's won't go away and they do seem to be getting annoyed. Surely if they've nothing to hide they've nothing to fear?

Yes, delicious irony....

I found this contribution:

thought-provoking at Nick Robinson's blog. Before I read it, I'd immediately thought of MPs immunity as another example of all animals being equal, with the pigs being more equal. There are some very rational points made; it's just a shame that the position of MP seems to attract, or create, some of the least competent and most selfishly grasping in our society.

Honourable exceptions there are, of course; Frank Field always seems a decent sort with a firm grasp of principles.

Mark,

Yes there are a few honourable exceptions and I agree Frank is one of them.

Sadly the good ones let themselves by not roundly condemning those who let them down.
